Having worked with Charles Correa and Zaha Hadid Architects, he founded conceptSG Ltd in 2006,focusing on innovative architecture and city planning. His work has been widely published and awarded, influencing urbanadvisory boards globally. In 2020, he received an Honorary Professorship at XJTLU, Suzhou, and has lectured at renowned institutions worldwide.

Charlie Hearn, a British-Chinese RIBA architect and Bartlett graduate, leads Inspiral Architecture—renowned for eco-conscious, bio-responsive designs across Southeast Asia. Blending innovation with sustainability, their work spans bamboo, SIP tech, and prefab systems, earning global awards like the UNESCO Prix Versailles. Charlie is also a regular speaker at international forums.

Rene Tan, co-founder of RT+Q Architects in Singapore, is a Yale and Princeton-trained architect known for blending practice with academia. A 2016 Singapore President’s Design Award winner, he also teaches at NUS and SUTD and curates architectural exhibitions. Off-duty, he enjoys skiing, opera, and playing the piano.

Partner & Director, Asia Pacific, MNAL – Snøhetta
UK-educated and with Snøhetta since 1993, Robert played a key role in the iconic Bibliotheca Alexandrina. A Partner since 2006, he now leads Snøhetta’s Asia Pacific design practice, having founded the Hong Kong studio in 2018. His major projects span the 9/11 Memorial Museum Pavilion (NYC), Shanghai Grand Opera House, Beijing Library, AIRSIDE (Hong Kong), and more across global cities.
Beyond practice, Robert is passionate about design education, having lectured at institutions including Oslo School of Architecture, Tongji University, IE Madrid, and at global forums like the Seoul Biennale 2023.
